We appreciate this might not be everyone's ideal house we won't be offended if you don't like it. If you have six kids it isn't for you--it is a cottage at the end of the day yet it's next to Knutsford a most desirable location for its restaurants, bars and shopping. The quality of life here is about as good as it gets. Manchester is less than 30 minutes outside rush hour and Chester a similar time away.
This home offers practicality a semi rural life yet still close to civilisation and the airport main line trains and motorway network. We are not on the flight path (1.5 miles south of it  we are on the A50 Holmes Chapel road so no problem getting out in the winter as it is gritted
