The guest bedroom has many interesting features including the original fireplace with arch to the right of it providing a architectural focal point, we have added a built in wardrobe (cottage style in the left alcove) and stripped the original floor boards which are the wide variety with Victorian wide end nails in them
Guest Bedroom 2 Specification Approx 12'x 10' including alcoves a single original Georgian style small window with secondary glazing, 2 wall lights points single ceiling lighting point Stripped wood floor, cottage door pine fire surround and original fireplace (not used) Stone hearth. Build in wardrobe (single) with additional shelf space
View in winter from Guest Bed
Dressing Room (walk in wardrobe) Bed 4 Specification Approx 10'x 5' approx with ceiling light and under shelf lighting sloping ceiling as we had no use for a nursery when we converted the house we decided to convert this room to a long walk in wardrobe with shelves on the right and double height hanging space on the left additionally there is a suitcase shelf above the door and two other sets of shelves for shoes, jeans jumpers an towels. This actually accommodates our complete storage requirements and to any normal family it would be twice as much as they require I'm sure. This room would take a single Childs bed with a single wardrobe but better still a cabin bad. Alternatively it could be made into an ensuite for the guest bed room but it has been so useful to us as it is.
