Garden Specification
I think keepers cottage stands in about a 3/4 to 1 acre plot but check it for yourself. There is a small cottage garden at the front of the property with a holly hedge bounded by a mature Rhododendron to the side. We have built a garden from scratch as all there was when we arrived was a 300 year old yew tree and an apple tree to the side, just rubble and the outline of a drive, a few daffodils had pushed through here and there. We purchased keepers cottage as a partly started building project  and we went to town on making it the ideal country cottage with gardens to match.
